1. Handmade Nature

Every Hugging Bubbles product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Variations in color, shape, texture, or scent are a natural part of the process — and part of what makes each bar unique. No two bars will ever be exactly the same, and that’s the beauty of true craftsmanship.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders are specially made to your preferences and require 4–6 weeks from formulation to curing. Full payment is required in advance.
Because each custom item is made just for you, these orders are non-refundable unless damaged upon delivery. We appreciate your understanding of the time and love poured into every batch.

3. Payment & Ordering

We welcome orders via text, phone, email, Facebook, and Instagram. Feel free to message us directly — even commenting on a post works! We love hearing from you.

We accept Venmo, PayPal, mail-in checks, and cash or credit cards for local pickups or deliveries.
Your order will be confirmed, including final pricing, before production begins.

4. Shipping & Local Delivery

We ship across the United States and internationally. Shipping fees vary depending on destination, weight, and carrier.
When you place an order request, we’ll follow up with available shipping options and their rates — so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within the Bitterroot Valley area.
If you're unsure whether you're within the free delivery zone, just reach out — we're happy to check for you.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We’ll make it right — your happiness means the world to us.

6. Product Safety

Our soaps are crafted with natural ingredients, plant extracts, and essential oils. Please review the key ingredients carefully, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use. If any irritation occurs, please discontinue use and feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, product names, soap designs, images, and branding on this site are the property of Hugging Bubbles and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Please do not reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any part of this site without written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reproducing our soap recipes, packaging, or design motifs for commercial purposes

• Reposting our images or videos without credit or consent

• Using our logo, brand name, or tagline without approval

Unauthorized use of our work may result in legal action.
We pour heart, study, and care into everything we create — thank you for respecting that.
